Qigong/Taiji/Meditation Classes
Schedule begins Monday June 1, 2015
MONDAY (AM)
Qigong Basics -10:00 - 11:00
The ideal class for anyone new to Qigong and the Chinese view of health and wellbeing. Topics to be taught: basics of alignment, posture, breath, bio-mechanics, and concepts of Chinese medicine/Philosophy. The exercises taught during this class are short and powerful and will give the student a sense of having a complete Qigong exercise to practice from the very first class.
Taijiquan (T'ai Chi) - 11:00 - 12:00
This class will be devoted to the instruction of traditional taijiquan, including, form work, Qigong, push hands, and martial applications.

Qigong Basics - 7:30-8:30
The ideal class for anyone new to Qigong and the Chinese view of health and wellbeing. Topics to be taught: basics of alignment, posture, breath, bio-mechanics, and concepts of Chinese medicine/Philosophy. The exercises taught during this class are short and powerful and will give the student a sense of having a complete Qigong exercise to practice from the very first class.

TUESDAY (PM)
Taijiquan (Tai Chi For Arthritis) - 11:00 - 12:00
Instruction in Dr. Paul Lam Tai Chi For Arthritis program, endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation and taught by one of Northeast pennsylvania's few certifird instructors. It is also the perfect introduction to the practice of taiji (Tai Chi).Open to anyone regardless of age or fitness level.
Qigong Basics - 6:30 - 7:30
The ideal class for anyone new to Qigong and the Chinese view of health and wellbeing. Topics to be taught: basics of alignment, posture, breath, bio-mechanics, and concepts of Chinese medicine/Philosophy. The exercises taught during this class are short and powerful and will give the student a sense of having a complete Qigong exercise to practice from the very first class.
Qigong Basics - 7:30 - 8:30
Another opportunity for those interested in finding out what Qigong is all about. This also serves as an continuation of the 6:30 class for those who want to experience the benefits of extended practice.
